Unit is still steady with suction cups not working because of tile grout lines on floor well built frame.

Excellent Quality
Nice quality, sturdy and easy to assemble. I used this following lower back surgery and found it very helpful. When I got to the point I didn't need it as much I put the back bars behind the toilet. That puts the arm rest further back but still reachable it needed. Then we I no longer needed it I wiped it down with Clorox wipes and it looks new. I highly recommend getting one of these if you have any mobility or balance issues.

Way too unstable, even when braced against the toilet tank
We're returning ours. I put it together without issue and put it in my mother's bathroom. But wow, is this thing rickety! It's very unstable and that makes me nervous as my mom is at risk of falls. I braced it against the toilet tank, but it's just too flimsy. Easy to assemble. Didn't need instructions. Durability? No idea. Value for money? Poor. I don't trust it and my mom didn't feel secure using it.
