I was hesitant to buy this based on all the reviews about it not dissolving and clumping, but I figured that high heat is the solution. If you pour this into coffee that's just warm or sitting around for a while, this will probably not dissolve like many reviewers stated. I also saw some videos where people would blend their coffee after adding this, but I know I don't have have the patience for that! I add a teaspoon of the creamer and few pumps of caramel/white chocolate syrup to my cup BEFORE starting the espresso machine. I stir it all together as the espresso is pouring in piping hot, don't wait til the machine is done to start stirring it together. Flavor-wise, it's really tasty and adds very complex flavors. It's not like Starbucks Pumpkin Spice as I recall it, but it's still pumpkin-y and spicy. It is also rather sweet, learned that when I added near a tablespoon the first time and it was overpowering. Try a teaspoon per one serving of espresso, should be good.

I'm pretty disappointed about my purchase. This product does NOT have the slightest hint of pumpkin, imo. It taste like coconut. I drink low acid coffee due to acid reflux and never have any issues. The only new item I have included in my morning coffee was this creamer. I suffered with awful heartburn for several hours the three times I have added this to my coffee. I can't say I didn't try. Unfortunately, I am out $15 and this "creamer" is going in the trash.

I love this in my hot Cacao beverage. It adds a little bit of a creamy coconut flavor and sweetness to my drink. It blends better when added to the cup before I pour in my hot beverage. My son also used it in his coffee and thought it tasted great and was a healthier alternative to his usual creamer. I will continue to purchase this product.

Bought 2 flavors: Pumpkin Spice, and Sweet & Creamy. Neither has a punchy flavor I’d buy again. Pumpkin Spice has an off-putting aftertaste which is oddly bitter and tart. Is it nutmeg? There’s no escaping it, sip after sip. It mixes well, but takes a lot just to approach but not achieve the pumpkin spice flavor level I think I’m reasonable in wanting. The bag seals well. It smells decent, nothing vibrant. The Sweet & Creamy has a delicious smell of cinnamon and butter. Oh man I thought. If this tastes like it smells I’ve hit the jackpot. Sadly, it doesn’t. It mixes fairly well, the bag has never closed with its hook and loop seal. It just sits open on the counter. When I’m up for a flavor experience which falls short, like the less important second cup of the morning, I’ll consider it. In terms of any sense of well being or energy due to the ingredients, I’ve not noticed anything, but I’m unwilling to use these daily because they’re unfulfilling.

This is a fine product, I'm just not particularly fond of this flavor.
