Good flavor, can add what you want but a good start.

It worked for me perfectly. I needed a lot fast so I got this. A little leery at the start but it was great. Some say to salt?? I disagree.. taste after out sits over night mixed. Off to salty for you as a little more peek. 1.76 ounces for 5lbs it was perfect. I did add milk powder for a binder. And some water. I will get this product again

We mixed it with elk meat and pork fat. Truly amazing!!! We used other flavors besides the mild Italian as well. Completely happy!
