Great value for money. Going through marathon training I am using quite a few so the price was spot on. Ease to use on the run without having to wash my hands every time to get the sticky residue that you normally get with Inferior brands. Having the caffeine gel at the start of my run hit the mark about 40 minutes in and not overly sugary. Great Quality

Bottom line - I have found that High 5 Gels etc don't upset my stomach, are pretty tasty and seem to help me maintain my energy, I think the caffeine ones are better than the non-caffeine ones as well High 5 seem to have changed the packaging as these ones came in a more "rigid" wrapper than before and they seem slightly more awkward to open Regardless - my go to Gels and will buy again

Do the job well but the texture is not very nice but the flavour is ok. But that’s my preference

Really good for a boost of energy before a run

Since the packaging change, it's hard to get your mouth around to form a seal and the gel doesn't come out quick enough. Used 4 on a half marathon this morning. Shame. Used these for years.

Habe mir immer eine Portion in der Halbzeit (Fußball) oder nach 5 km bei 10 km Läufen zu mir genommen. Gibt wirklich nochmal einen boost.
