This stuff seems to have some good effects on joint pain and swelling, but for me I think it affects my blood pressure a bit too much if I try to take this dosage (4000IU) every day. So I only take it about 2-3X a week. I may try to get smaller dosage. YMMV. IMO, this stuff is a good thing to have a chat with your Dr about. Mine had not really read up on it, but if you had a problem with blood pressure getting out of whack, it would be good to have this listed in your medical record.
