EZ Melts Dissolvable Resveratrol Supplement 150 mg, Sugar-Free, 1-Month Supply

As a doctor and scientist, I need to comment on one reviewer's upset stomach: 3 recent clinical trials with resveratrol, all published in Clinical Nutrition, one of the top nutrition scientific/medical journals (Impact Factor = 7.6) showed that side effects were absent to very uncommon and, in fact, LESS common than in the patients who received placebo. Which means resveratrol essentially does not cause side effects. Sure--some users of resveratrol, and just as many NON-USERS, are going to develop aches, pains, or nausea, etc in the next few months, but they will NOT be caused by the resveratrol. You need to look at the results of controlled clinical trials. Another update (April, 2022): they did change the taste a while back--and I find it MUCH better--a nice grapey flavor. Especially if you let them melt in your mouth and DON'T CHEW them--quite nice. Original review is below: I didn't like swallowing the big pills every day, so tried this. The taste is not bad. It's a mild taste, so I usually take a bite of food (chewable vitamin, peanut butter, chocolate milk, etc) with it and you can't taste the resveratrol at all. It actually will melt in your mouth, but I just quickly chew it. The bigger question is: how reliable is the manufacturing of this? That's very hard to know, but at least they claim to be GMP-certified on their web site, and have an NSF sticker on their web site (though neither of these is on the bottle...) which is a good sign. Hard to say, but they seem as good as anyone else. I'm taking for hip osteoarthritis (new, amazing data about to come out on this in rabbits...human trials pending); the combo of this with exercises (both prescribed to me by a top orthopedic surgeon) has had an incredible result in 1 month--pain free now. No way to tell how much (if any) of that is the resveratrol, though. Update (2 months later): I finally tried just letting it dissolve in my mouth, as they recommend...and it's great! Tastes very good that way. And I got confirmation from NSF that they certified the company (Solara Labs) to be GMP certified. They have not been asked to certify this particular product, though. Overall...I would strongly recommend this product.

Melts in your mouth and you can feel the results fast. The BEST antioxidant/ anti-imflammatory. Helps with arthritis and skin inflammation.

I am taking these to lower my cholesterol. I can't tell you yet if they work. But they taste nice and melt fast. Take them with food to avoid gas.

Resveratrol is an important health and beauty supplement, and you don't find it in daily multivitamin and mineral tablets. I have a difficult time taking large pills, so I really appreciate the fact that EZ Melts melt in the mouth and melt quickly. I take a resveratrol tablet in the morning and one in the evening. I can't say I've noticed any standout effect from taking them, but I'm extremely healthy, and I look many years younger than I actually am. So, did the resveratrol contribute to that? I'm not sure, but I'll continue to take them. It's possible that resveratrol helps to lower blood pressure, helps to lower bad cholesterol, protects the brain, eases joint mobility, and fights fungal infections, among other things. I do eat grapes and drink a small glass of Concord grape juice with dinner, but I don't drink much juice because of the high sugar content, and I don't drink alcohol, so EZ Melts Resveratrol was almost heaven-sent for me. I go to the gym five days a week (usually). I don't like it, but I feel it's necessary for health and fitness. Shower in the gym long enough, and you will get a fungal infection. That's pretty much a given. I noticed, some time back, that one of my toenails was developing a fungal infection. I thought I'd better get to the doctor for some antifungal medication before it spread, but, to my surprise, one day I noticed that the infection was clearing up, and a clear, perfectly healthy nail was growing in. I have no idea what could have caused this to happen other than the resveratrol. I'm definitely going to continue taking resveratrol the rest of my life, and I certainly hope EZ Melts will always be available. They are my "go to" brand for so many supplements. If you find it difficult to swallow large pills, too, EZ Melts Resveratrol might be heaven-sent for you as well.
