I put it on concrete in my yard and put it against two walls in a corner, so the wind wont blow it away, and it didnt, but it blew away last week standing in the open. Gotta see how it does in heavy rain and storm. Its a great shelter at night for my snow dog, it blocks the wind and keeps him kinda cozy on his bed. My main concern is securing it so it stays put. I wouldn’t put it on grass or grounds w soil bc it can get muddy! I wanted a dog shelter /house for him n its good for that, not sure about protection in heavy storms n rainfalls .
