a classic pepper vinegar

I noticed these often on the tables of various restaurants in the southern USA when traveling for work. Being from another part of the country, I was not familiar with them, but quickly developed a fondness for the sauce and peppers. Not super hot, and not super flavorful, but it adds a little something to excite your taste buds. I typically refill them with distilled vinegar, until I eat the peppers. The vinegar goes quickly compared to other hot sauces.
