Not very good online instructions
I got this figured out but not every wire is labeled,I still have wires I don't know where they go but my stereo is working,online info is vague at best if your not sure go buy one somewhere you can physically see it and make sure there is ample online instructions ,didn't really match up with my stereo but I rewired things

Had to cut the black connector off and use butt connectors to wire it to the radio.
