I get an item that will not turn on. Plugged in only red light comes on but will not turn on, what can I do?

I had the same issue—Underneath the indicator light there is a raised design- if you lightly press on that it should turn on.

How often can I clean my rings with this cleaner? Is once a week too much? I have a platinum band and 1 carat round diamond.

You can use this cleaner every day if you want. It absolutely does not harm your jewelry whatsoever. It’s best for your jewelry to keep it clean. Also, have your jewelry examined under a microscope or 10x magnifier to check for loose stones, worn prongs, etc. at least every 6 months. If concerned about too much cleaning, just operate the cleaner with water only, no added soap. I sell fine jewelry for a living and have years of experience in care and cleaning etc. Do not put emeralds, pearls, or other soft porous stones in the cleaner...see the enclosed list of things you can/can’t put in the cleaner.
