Balle hyper pratique de niveau d’intensité parfaite : Ni trop dure ni trop souple! Idéal sur les trigger point, les courbatures et surtout remplacer u ne encombrant rouleau de massage lors de déplacements; étant une femme j’ai pris le petit model qui me semble largement suffisant en terme d’écartement pour rouler le long de lacolonne vertébrale! Je recommande vivement ce produit très abordable pour une efficacité bien réelle!Un indispensable pour les sportifs !
