I studied 5 years post grad with David Winston, the Founder of the American Herbal Guild (AHG). When I asked about TM teas he said they were excellent and I should continue to use as appropriate. I love the aroma of these herbs and before I use, I pass my nose an inch or so from the bag and right away a go "aaaH!) and feel so good. What I Strongly dislike is now AMAZON packages orders that contain cardboard boxes. Teas ALWAYS OF LATE ALWAYS COME CRUSHED.
