WOODMAM Wooden Montessori Toys for 1+ Year Old, 9 in 1 Educational Play Kit

This is the perfect little basket of toys! My 8 month old is very picky when it comes to toys and gets bored with them quickly, but this basket keeps him entertained every single day. Toys that he wasn’t interested in before have become exciting again because the assortment encourages him to explore different ways to play. Everything is the perfect size for his little hands to grab, hold, and investigate. There honestly isn’t a single toy in the basket that he doesn’t enjoy playing with, except maybe the books lol. I also love that it comes with a basket to keep everything organized and in one place. It’s a great value and has quickly become one of our favorite toy sets.

Was very pleased. Was looking at the Loveevery kits, but they as very expensive. We have their playmat and love it. Decided to try these kits instead...simular design. Got the 0-6 kit and we loved it. The quality held up to banging and nawing..the book is whatever, but the other toys are great and affortable. Its all he played with outside of the mat and two other toys. We ended up getting the 7-12 now that he is 7 months and he is loving that set, too. Non toxic, entertaning and supporting development. Recommend. Definetly will get the next kit when he looks to be outgrowing what he have.

Overall very happy with this product, keeps my daughter busy and entertained. Lost a star for the paper in between each stacking ring which could definitely be a choking hazard and the basket came packaged folded and is pretty difficult to straighten out.

My toddler finds these endlessly entertaining. These toys are built well, and have held up to being tossed around and used in ways not necessarily intended. Perfect size for small hands and bright colors helps to keep my child engaged.

We love choosing Montessori-inspired toys for our baby, and this WOODMAM kit had some promising elements. The materials seem well made, and the high-contrast cards, spinning drum, and teether are useful and developmentally appropriate for babies around 3–6 months. However, we found the product's age rating of 0–6 months to be overly broad and a bit misleading. For example, the tissue box toy — while nicely constructed — is far too heavy and bulky for a baby under 6 months to interact with meaningfully. At the 0–3 month stage, babies need very lightweight, graspable, and simple toys to suit their limited motor skills. Montessori emphasizes age-appropriate, purposeful play, and unfortunately, not all components in this kit reflect that for the youngest babies. We’ve ended up putting several items away for later, and only using a few parts of the kit right now. It would be great if the product were more clearly broken down into suggested stages (0–3 vs. 3–6 months), or if the larger items were redesigned with lighter, more baby-friendly materials. This toy group seems to be a collection that is no well graded. Still a decent kit, but selective use is key — and some items may need to wait until your baby is older Would be much better if the collection was graded around the 0, 3 and 6 month age group as intended.

I got this set for my 21-month-old, and we’ve been rotating the different pieces into her daily play. It’s a nice mix of hands-on activities, and she doesn’t get bored quickly because each piece feels different. The overall build is decent and lightweight. It’s not high-quality wood or solid birch plywood but for the price point, it feels reasonable. Here are my thoughts on each component: Animal figures They’re generously sized and look fairly realistic. The detailing is nice, and the paint finish is clean overall. I did notice a few slightly sharper finishing points, like the tip of the goose’s beak, so I gave those a quick check before handing them over. My toddler enjoys lining them up and pairing them with her other farm animal toys. Lock box It's lightweight and the different sides keeps her interest. She likes to put items in there like the shape "beads" that came with the set and pull them out one by one from each of the openings. The different types of locks/sides hold her attention because each one works a little differently. It’s good for fine motor skills and problem-solving. The mechanisms are simple enough for this age but still require some effort, which is what you want. Puzzle It’s straightforward and not overly complicated, my kid was able to figure it out with minimal frustration. The puzzle pieces are easy to grip and fit well into their spots. Once fitted in, they don't come apart easily, you have to kind of "slide them off" to take them apart again. Colour sorting board This one is simple but effective. The pieces are easy for little hands to place, and it reinforces colour recognition in a hands-on way. Lacing beads The beads are smooth and lightweight. Lacing takes more patience at this age, so this one needed a bit more guidance at first. It’s a good fine motor activity. However, this was my toddler's least favourite piece of the set for now. Shape sorter puzzle The shapes are easy to identify and fit into the correct openings. The pieces are a good size and not too small. Overall, this is a good starter Montessori-style set with a good mix of activities in one package. It offers variety and decent quality for the price.

Todos sus acabados son redondeados y los materiales de los que está hecho cumplen con la normativa europea de seguridad. En cuanto al desarrollo del juego, tenemos 9 juegos en total divertidos y muy didácticos. Hay una hucha de monedas, un xilófono, un rompecabezas clasificador de formas, bloques de apilamiento y clasificación y más. También se incluyen un par de libros de cartón grueso y resistente, uno de animales y otro de frutas, con imágenes reales. Cada actividad es genial para ayudarles con el reconocimiento de formas y colores y ayudarlos al desarrollo de la imaginación, la motricidad fina, la resolución de problemas, la coordinación mano-ojo y todo esto mientras juegan y se divierten. Cada juguete requiere una concentración diferente y podremos ir ayudando al peque a desarrollarla a partir de los 10-12 meses perfectamente. Un set con gran calidad tanto en materiales como en acabados, con múltiples opciones, seguro, divertido y con muchas opciones de juego. Su presentación está muy cuidada y es bonita y elegante, perfecto para regalar. La relación calidad-precio es de 10. Lo recomiendo.

Notre petite fille de 18 mois avait déjà un jeu Montessori avec lequel elle jouait avec beaucoup de plaisir. Celui-ci est un peu plus avancé, avec plus d'objets et deux petits livres et est très bien adapté à la manipulation et aux apprentissages pour cet âge. Attention les deux petits livres comportent des mots en anglais, ce qui ne nous dérange pas, notre petite fille vivant aux États-Unis
