The New Orleans flavor is more of a black coffee taste with a hint of sugar. At first I wasn't a fan but after having a couple it's great. The caramel flavor I was disappointed with as for some reason it tasted like a cheap vodka. Very strong and strange taste I would compare to nail polish remover. Not sure if I received a bad batch or if that's how it normally tastes but my friends, family, and I did not enjoy it.
