Polysporin is an exceptional healer. It has no fillers or things in it that are not needed. My Dermatologist recommended it for rashes and general small wound care. It is very quick to promote healing. Never burns, always soothing. Highly Recommend!

Poly means more than one and so this excellent healing ointment protects tiny and large wounds from many different germs. so the wounds don't become infected. Excellent for tots and all ages. Helps wounds heal and stops pain too. I like it better than Neosporin as it covers avoiding more possible infections.

This is what I have to use because Im allergic to neomycin which is in neosporin and other triple antibiotics oitments. This stuff does the trick. Good value

This is my go to antibiotic cream for healing cuts, scrapes, etc., since I have allergies to Neosporin.

Worked well on healing some fairly deep cuts on my legs. After cleaning the wounds good I applied the skin ointment and covered it with a large band aid. It helped to relieve the pain and moisturized the area to keep it flexible. It’s just a small tube but it goes a long way. Good for the value for the money.

Good substitute for neosporin. Overuse of Neosporin causes a rash

I have used this a few times now as a first aid antiseptic gel and it has worked beautifully. When camping, medical treatment for small injuries can often be a long time and distance away, so being able to provide your own early first aid is essential before professional aid can be sought. I treated a fairly deep scratch on my arm requiring disinfectant cleaning then application of the polysporin and covered with a dressing. Repeating the treatment daily and fresh dressing, the wound healed perfectly without any sign of infection. Once started, it is important to continue the treatment until the wound is completely healed to prevent germs from building antibiotic resistance. The tube has a great applicator tip to dispense just the right amount of polysporin which prevents waste from over application. A small tube goes a long way. Polysporin will go into all my first aid kits from now on. It is important to protect polysporin from heat, just like any other medications. A great product that has been good for me. Some people may have allergic reactions to antibiotics so should check with a doctor to be sure any medication is suitable for them.
