Ohh -- This gel sleeve is a perfect solution! It solved my pointy ankle bones being pressed upon new MX motorcycle boots. Each gel pad has both interior and exterior pads on one ankle sock. Super comfy, stays in place while putting on and while in action. A really great solution!!

I work out w/ my Kangoo boots almost every day. I was getting an annoying cut on my ankle where it was rubbing and band-aids were not enough. They were not thick enough, and would slide off. It really hurts when that one spot keeps getting torn. These are the perfect solution! It's basically a thick double layered stocking with a silicone thing sewn in. It's a simple concept and works brilliantly. I have used one pair day in and out. I even put them through the washer and still going strong. They stay in one place too, as you see they have the elastic piece so it does not migrate. And I am bouncing around for a solid hour. I will get another set. If you wear a similar type of boot for skiing/snowboarding, roller sports, ice skating etc they are amazing.

The One Size Fits All size is very, very tight. I wear a US size 8 Women's shoe and don't have particularly bulky ankles or calves, and they're cutting in at both the ankle and the foot. Unless you have very small feet, I'd recommend the large size. I don't think men would be able to use the OFSA version at all, and I can't vouch for the larger size either. The sleeve that holds the malleolar pads is a thick nylon, similar to little girl's tights. I think I'd prefer a stretchier woven fabric, like most elbow pads and knee pads use. Maybe they'll loosen up a little over time, but I'm not optimistic.

I normally have ankle pain when roller skating and went to an orthopedic surgeon to see if I had a problem to address. All good, no obvious issues. Did some research and decided to try this product. Works great. I used to wear two pairs of socks to reduce friction blisters. I don’t need to do that since wearing this. Considering getting a second set just to be sure I keep a pair in my skates.

Theses help prevent my ankles from hurting while ice skating. That is soo important because it allows me to stay on the ice longer than I ever could before.

Product not as expected. When ordering a gel sleeve from Amazon in the recent past, a full gel sleeve, which I am still wearing and enjoying, I found that I could not locate the same product again and gave the CRS Cross Ankle Malleolar Gel Sleeves a chance. Again, not as expected. Would like the gel sleeves that I ordered prior to return. They are full gel sleeves, the entire sleeves are gelled, and work just perfect. Bring them back. Thank you.

I bought these ankle sleeves to wear in my roller skates. I tried them on and rolled indoors for a half an hour and they felt good. I never made it to the roller rink as I was too busy so I didn’t wear the sleeves this too way for too long BUT! I wore them non stop for the entire week for more than 10 hours a day in my safety boots and they are amazing! I always had sore feet after wearing my safety boots and used a lot of pain relief cream on my ankles every night. I did not need any cream the whole week I was wearing the sleeves! The silicone paddings are thick enough to protect the joint and soft enough so I do not feel any pressure and my feet don’t get tired. I have a twice more expensive sleeves from sport check and they do not help the way these CRS Cross sleeves do. The last picture in my review shows the sleeves after wearing them for a few days before washing them. I do not keep track how I wear them and I treat them as they are reversible. Probably if you wear them the same way do the heel is in the same spot every time you wear them they will stretch to fit your foot and they will look nicer than mine but I do not do that and they still are very comfortable. I recommend this product.

I've been playing hockey my entire life and I developed some bone spurs on my ankles from the skates that make it painful to tighten them fully. Despite these being pricey, I hesitantly bought these and found that they were exactly what I needed. Much more effective than just the gel pads themselves. I've used these ankle cushions for 2 seasons and I'm surprised that it's held up for this long. Would buy again.

After COVID lockdowns, I found that I was getting pain in my goalie skates on my inner ankle bone area. It only flared up during hard stops and pushes, but it was enough that it was affecting my already poor performance as a shinny goalie. Wearing these for a few weeks now, and they've helped tremendously in finding the confidence to execute the movements I had taken for granted until now. At least now, I can be in proper position when I get scored on. I haven't noticed any signs of premature wear, and I can't predict how long they'll last, but for now, I'm happy with this product.
