I started having trans-resveratrol NMN a few weeks ago and thought nothing more of it. Then, saw some old friends recently and they said how well I looked. Old cynic that I can be, I just thought that's nice, then started to realize that not only do I look better, I feel better - got more umph!

The taste is pleasant, yet the tablets are huge. I haven't noticed anything yet, I have been taking them for 10 days now, with the hope they do the job inside and hopefully it will start to appear on the outside.

Have not taken many yet will post further when I shall have a more exact experience.

I've been taking these for a 3 months now and I'm questioning whether or not I've been duped! I understand some supplements take up to 3 months to work but I'm seeing no difference in my energy levels or skin condition!
