Keto friendly MCT oil. Claims to sustain energy, support brain power, stamina and recovery, reduce cravings and gut health. Label indicates it it keto friendly, naturally derived and Non-GMO. As well as Egg, Dairy, Soy and Gluten Free. The bottle contained 100 softgels. I have been on the Keto diet for a while and have found the useful during the day at work when I would normally get a snack. Not the I really needed anything but was use to having a sugar fix. These do seem to help overcome that and with energy. Overall seemed to be a decent product and a decent value for the cost.

I think a lot of people have tried the Bulletproof Coffee where you add butter to your coffee or MCT oil to your coffee. However, that leaves a greasy feeling to your coffee. If you don't like the butter in your coffee or the MCT oil in your coffee this is the next best thing. Take one of these first thing in the morning and I have energy for the day!

This is a great way to get MCT Oil in a softgel instead of the oil form. It is easy to swallow with no aftertaste. It is also 3rd party tested, which is good to know.

I have read alot about the C8 MCT Oil being beneficial, however, I don't like to add oil to my coffee or smoothies so this is the perfect way to enjoy the benefits of it by just swallowing the capsule. I haven't taken it long enough to determine if it is similar to the benefit I would receive from adding the oil directly, but it is easy. I have also added a capsule to my coffee when I'm at work at my desk when I don't have any creamer or butter handy and this capsule does melt in hot coffee leaving a bit of oil residue. Altogether, I'm please with this product and would recommend it.

You only need 1 per day so the bottle will last more than three months. I really like the simple clean ingredients in this supplement : MCT oil from Coconut that contains Caprylic Acid and the softgel capsule. I like that it is third party tested and sustainably sourced.

I like this MCT oil capsules. They are a pretty big pill, but they are a softgel and easy to swallow. I like the ingredients in here. I also like the benefits of MCT oil and what it can do for me. I would recommend.
