I bought this for my wife and was pleasantly surprised that it actually worked, it works on the principle that the air leaving your lungs will always take the path of least resistance, although this will not always guarantee that one will not snore ( if the mouth is open wide it will still be the path of least resistance) what this item will do is highly increase the chance that the nostrils will be the path of least resistance, and as it is impossible to snore through your nose the results is silence, simple but very effective, it works for my wife and me also she tell me that she finds it comfortable, knowing how frustrating it can be having someone next to you snoring, I hope it work for you and yours, very cheap for a comfortable night of undisturbed sleep.

These have helped my husband breath so much better, great size and Brilliant product. He felt the difference immediately, only problem is he loses them at night.

I bought this because of my wife's complaints about my snoring. Does it work? Yes it does. It definitely improves the airflow through the nose and eliminates the need to breath through the mouth which, in my case, causes the snoring. However... The ridges on the outside of the nasal inserts actually hurt my nose to the point that I feel I've had a cold for weeks. I may have to give these up and look elsewhere.

Excellent product, really holds your nostrils open so you can get a good nights sleep, allowing a vast increase in the amount of oxygen reaching your brain, so you get a much more restful sleep, and you dream better. I found the anti-slip little blocks on the outside of the tubes a little irritating though, so I clipped those off with a pair of razor sharp hangnail scissors, to leave a smooth surface, and the fit is very comfortable now, and does not slip while I am sleeping anyway. Many people will want to keep those anti-slip shapes on the outside of the tubes though, for when they go jogging for instance, but I just need this device for sleeping, so I cut them off. Each person can experiment with them if they wish, to produce the best comfort for the purpose they want them for. I have purchased other similar products in the past, and strongly recommend this one as highly effective. The silicone is highly pliable and very soft indeed, but firm enough to fully dilate the nostrils, and you can insert the tubes different depths, however you need and however is most comfortable.

As other reviewers have commented, they didn't work for me, in terms of reducing my snoring. However, when you read the pack carefully, I don't think it even mentions snoring. Mostly it refers to the benefits of keeping the nostrils open while you sleep. On that basis, I guess it works, but it makes no difference to my own snoring.

Work very well however, I use them all day as I have collapsed nasal valves and they hurt after a while so I use them for sleep only OR if I'm have a bed breathing day.

This product has helped my husband to breath easier giving him a good night's sleep .They are easy to use ,come in different sizes and easy to keep clean. A good product :-)

Wenn man für sich die richtige Größe gefunden hat stimmt alles aus der Beschreibung. Nach längerer Benutzung hat das sogar noch den Effekt, das die Nasen-Flügel den Zustand auch ohne beibehalten! Kleines Manko, die Größen müssten irgendwie gekennzeichnet sein, sind schwer zu unterscheiden.

Ich habe schon sehr lange Probleme durch die Nase zu atmen. Der HNO rät mir immer wieder zu einer OP. Ich meine aber, das mein Hauptproblem ist weil der Nasenflügel sehr verengt und beim Luft holen noch enger wird. Inzwischen habe ich schon einiges probiert (z.B. Nasenpflaster, Sprays usw). An Nasenöffner ist das hier das 3. Modell wo ich habe, und mit Abstand das beste. Es geht richtig viel Luft durch und stört gar nicht viel beim Tragen. In der Nacht kann ich damit viel besser einschlafen und durchschlafen. Auch Tags über hilft es gut, vor allem jetzt wenn noch Mund-Nase-Schutz getragen werden muss. Ich bestelle mir gleich noch eine Reserve nach. Mir hat XXL auf Anhieb gut gepasst. Das Material ist weich, ich bin zufrieden.

J'avais testé de nombreux autres produits et celui-là est un excellent compromis entre confort (il n'arrache pas la peau du nez), tenue (il tient la nuit) et aide à la respiration. Il y a un bug pour choisir la taille sur Amazon, en cherchant un peu, le vendeur est ravi de vous livrer la taille que vous souhaitez.

Ottimo prodotto, io ho preso una taglia XL che funziona molto bene. Migliora notevolmente la mia capacità di respirare dal naso, è lavabile e riutilizzabile consentendo un notevole risparmi rispetto ai cerotti. Lo trovo molto più comodo dei cerotti perchè è più facile da applicare (non è possibile a differenza dei cerotti sbagliare l'applicazione) e da togliere (i cerotti a volte possono irritare la pelle del naso). Forse sarò stato fortunato perchè la taglia standard mi calza alla perfezione e dopo poco che lo indosso quasi non ne percepisco la presenza salvo per il fatto che la respirazione dal naso è molto migliore.

Très bon, dispositif pour mieux respirer. Se voit très peu, reste bien en place, bon marché. Permet de passer de bien meilleures nuits. Deux précautions utiles : bien dégager les voies nasales avant de les installer, prendre une taille suffisante (il est dommage que le constructeur ne donne pas une méthode pour évaluer la bonne taille avant de les acheter.
