If not how long does it keep?** A: No doesn't come in smaller size but lasts ages and doesn't need to be in fridge. I normally decant mine into smaller bottle, use for all my cooking and is especially good for roast potatoes. I also use to make a roue for sauces, add to the flour instead of melting butter and for mash potatoes. Brilliant product.
