I wanted to bring the cost down of my daily skincare routine, so I thought this would be a good area to address and find some cheaper alternatives. They're a decent replacement, but really don't do the same thing that the name brand does.When they arrived, I was pretty happy with the value and how many come in the pack considering the price. I felt like it was enough to do this a few times a week, but I do feel that to see any real effects, you need to use them religiously every night.The first night I used them, the application process was easy, but they didn't stay stuck around the edges. I didn't feel totally confident in their ability to stay on, and I was kind of right. They stay pretty well, but I sleep fully on my back and I don't think these would hold up to side-sleeping or movement at all.When I woke up the next morning, I did think my 11 lines looked super hydrated and nonexistent. It helped keep my face from scrunching or moving, so I think they genuinely worked and had an impact. It's just the inability to keep them on that makes me unsure about purchasing again. The Frownies work SO well and so consistently, that I do think this is a good example of the more expensive name brand having a leg up on the cheaper competition.
