Great product
Great product it’s the 1st time I have used this & I am so pleased with the result. My hair is very thick & frizzy & now it is sleek & manageable I will definitely be using this again when the time comes for it to be done again my hair. I have saved myself £100 by doing it myself.

I tried regular different brands but this not working .Does not straighten hair well and leaves it stiff and unpleasant to the touch

Great results but in 3 days
Product was easy to use in a ventilated room. I got good results so far from it. My hair is frizz free and straighter. I have bleached hair.Only downside to the product was I bought it being a 2-3 hour treatment but actually need to leave it on 2-3 days.

Highly recommend
For me this product has the same results as home relaxer (minus the chemicals obvs).During the use of the Keratin treatment the fumes caused my eyes to water and my nose to burn. Also, it came into contact with the top of my ear and that burnt a bit. (I didn't do the patch test before - this was the only step I didn't follow).The rest of the instructions I followed to the letter. I also found that I should straighten my hair every day for the next 3 days while my hair "learns" to be straight. I did the treatment on 31st Dec and straightened my hair on 1st 2nd and 4th Jan (missed a day coz I was ill in bed).For me the results are very similar to relaxer but I'll have to see if it actually lasts 3 - 6 months.I love this product though and the added value of less chemicals than relaxer has me sold.

Very good product
Good product for the price but there’s a missing part in the instructions about when and how to use the final mask

Did not meet my expectations 😕
The treatment did not do what it was supposed to do! My hair did not get straighten and my scalp felt like it was on fire all along the application. I will not recommend it to anyone and I will use a straightening cream instead.
