I’ve tried so many multi vitamins and they all give me athlete’s foot, some sort of yeast I presume in the morning ingredients. This hasn’t given me athletes foot and my skin looks good. Highly recommend it.

So far so good. I’ve been taking my supplements for 2wks and I’m already noticing that I have a little more energy and I’m not getting as many night cramps. I’ve ordered the hair, skin and nails formula today and another bottle of above.

I have purchased this item before ND been taking it since late 2017 so I know it's a great product and helps women approaching menopause.The packaging could have been more secure as there were bottles inside.
