Perfect replacement
Purchased a condo with a fire place. The existing damper chain was a bit too short. This was easily swapped out. Comes with the hex wrench needed to remove old piece and install the new one.

Quick and easy install
Worked great. I used tapcons and flat washers as opposed to the fasteners that comes with the kit. Other than the fasteners that come with the bracket this a great buy.
