This was a very hard to find part so I was happy to find this and at a great price. I have 3 transmissions and the old boot is torn on each one. Fits my S42 ZF5 manual transmission on a 1993 Ford F350, and should fit any ZF5 transmission. On my old part there was a giant snap ring pressed into the bottom lip of this boot that holds it into the metal cover that bolts to the top of the transmission. It was very easy to remove the metal snap ring, pull out the old torn boot, install this new boot into the metal cover, and reinstall the metal snap ring that holds it into place. I'm going to order a second one for my next truck restoration project.
