**Q: Can I get the width of the base of the waterfall?**
A: Bottom water reservoir is 4.5 inches thick  from front to back

**Q: How  loud is it???**
A: Louder than expected, but not in a bad way for me. It's not something we keep on if the TV is on, but that kinda makes sense, right?

**Q: does this have a waterfall sound?  Is there a pump?**
A: Yes there is a waterfall sound and yes there is a pump. The waterfall sound is very nice. I have a floor fountain at home and this wall fountain at work. Happy with both. You'll want to use distilled water. If left on 24/7 this wall fountain may use up to a half a gallon of water per day (surface flow evaporation). As far as quality I am very happy with this wall fountain.

**Q: How much does it weigh? How is it mounted?**
A: Empty 30 pounds , with water around 80 lbs , two wall brackets included , they mount to studs or brick wall , instructions included
