They are standard locking carabiners (not for climbing). The quality is decent, and the print in the latch will stay away from wear out.

No. They don't include key rings the set.

Dog is 190 pounds but the force its putting out is a lot more than its body weight, but they will still strong enough to hold on where they need to be.
