Cooking & eating good nutritious food is a typical daily event. This product certainly cured my indigestion issues that was happening on a regular bases in the early evening. This is a good Probiotic/Prebiotic product works well. I take this product daily and will purchase again. No side effects, very effective.....great product.

After getting off of birth control (about 10 years on), I suddenly started getting reoccurring UTIs. It was quite frequent. I started taking this and they immediately went away. Haven’t gotten another one since!

This item should be recalled or pulled from the shelves and online stores. I took them for a few days and had no issues. My wife said she felt terrible after she took them. She started looking at comments online and other people said they had upset stomach after taking them. So we took a few out of the bottle and pulled them apart. Several of them looked and felt like it was plastic inside the capsule. It was so hard it was hard to break the pieces. Some were powder. I thought that even though some of the powder packed, it would still break up when you ate it, so I put a few pieces in water. One hour later.... The pieces were still hard and hadn't even tried to dissolve.

I suffer from UTI. I figured all probiotics are the same. NOT! I got another UTI when I tried another brand. I am Returning to this brand. I felt better when i was these. Returning customer!
