The reviews didn’t lie. This really does squeeze you in all the right places. I noticed it feels the same every time and doesn’t seem to stretch out of shape over time. I love that. I got it to help with muscle imbalances and now I’m using it as a glorified back brace because I hurt my back recently. Gives good support all around.

First of all, this waist trainer is SOFT on the inside, almost as if it were lined in fleece, but it's not. It does not scratch or itch in any way. I got the 3XL, the largest size they offere, and in its tightest setting it fits really nice. In my opinion, they run small. It pulls in my tummy quite a bit, and most importantly, it removes ALL the fat rolls on my back all the way up to my bra. It has a 'Stay' below each breast going all the way from top to bottom, and others front and back as well. I do not feel any one of these at all. Not at all, even sitting down. After I put it on, I tried on a top that I was not going to be able to wear because it showed my fat rolls in the back. I put that top on when I had this Cincher on, and from every angle, everything was SMOOTH with no bumps or anything. I highly recommend giving this waist trainer cincher SERIOUS consideration. You won't be disappointed. This is the best ever. 🌷🩷😊

Extra small 118lbs 5’6 I’ve never met a corset to be completely comfortable. For the price I would recommend. It keeps my posture straight at work and trains my waist

It’s only been a week since I got this waist trainer so my review will be based on that. I got a size small since I’m usually a medium which worked out perfectly. I’m 5’3 weighing around 150 & Im able to get it to the first level w/ such ease. Once it’s on, the material feels comfortable as it’s breathable & flexible, you can basically wear it all day. The support that it offers is about medium, it does relieve some back pain once worn. The only downside is that you do feel the boning of the waist trainer. I had seen another review mentioning that it would be perfect for a long torso as the waist trainer is on the longer side which is true. Although, I do have a long torso but it still fits on the longer side, I think it would work out better on someone who is tall w/ a long torso. If I’m walking around or just standing it’s perfect & it doesn’t bother me at all but once I’m sitting down that’s when the boning of the waist trainer digs at you from the top & the bottom so take that in consideration. Other than that, this waist trainer arrived pretty quickly and once the package is opened, there’s no foul smell to it.

I wanted to try a new waist trainer, so I selected this. I think that I am going to return it. PROS: 3 options to make it tighter, no smell, quality is good, it does support and thin. CONS: Too long (11 inches) it seems short in the front and longer in the back. It comes to the middle of my butt, slides down and I have to pull it up a lot if I am walking. It slides down my pants and underwear if I am moving a lot, the sides sometimes dig into my skin especially when I am sitting down. So there are more CONS than PROS, I am probably going to return it and try something else.

10/10 this shape wear is super comfortable! I’ve purchased about 4 different types of shapewear in the last 3 months and this one is definitely my favorite so far. I use it every day, post abdominal surgery and it has been a life saver. Great abdominal and back support.

This waist trainer was not comfortable at all. It felt like it was just moving my fat to different places. The lining was piercing my skin when I sat down. I don’t think a waist trainer is supposed to pierce through your skin when you sit down

The product itself is Awesome. I am a Large 236 with some fupa. I ordered a large snapping on the first hook only so far. If you’re not comfortable with tightness up the size, if you are get your exact size . It doesn’t roll. Full lower back covered and can wear it all day.
