No representation is made to promote, encourage or in any way excuse illegal activity. That being said...I bought a used vehicle that came with a ball hitch. It was secure to the hitch receiver by one of those lockable hitch pins kinda like one of these: "RHINO USA ANTI-THEFT HITCH PIN". Of course, they key for which is lost and can't be found (sigh). This Dremel Cutting Wheel made VERY quick work of cutting through the pin and getting it off. Seriously, in just seconds it went right through it. Maybe it was a cheap pin made of sub-par materials, but I don't think so.
