This wheel cleaner works!

By far the best wheel cleaner on the market. I use this on all my vehicles -- 1965 BMW R60/2 collectors motorcycle, 2012 BMW R1200GS Rallye, 2011 Toyota 4Runner. On the motorcycles it is gentle enough I trust it to not run the rims, and it does an excellent job. It even removes hard dirt if I go off road. I would use this on anything and not worry about the harshness that other bad wheel cleaners often possess.

After installing brand new Akebono ceramic brake pads on my 335i, I switched to this wheel cleaner because I don't need anything like Sonax Full Effect or Einszett Colortec to dissolve large amounts of brake dust. If you're looking for a solid wheel cleaner that is relatively mild but still gets the job done, this is the one. It smells decent (not great), certainly better than most other wheel cleaners. Rinse the wheel, spray this on, let it sit for about 30 seconds if the weather is warm and about a minute if it's cooler outside. Agitate with wheel brushes and this cleaner will do the job well. Get the gallon, the price is relatively good.

Weaker side. Agitation required. Wheels are ceramic coated so this pH neutral wheel cleaner won’t strip anything. Great weekly maintenance product. 4 stars due to strength, and a plus for not having iron removers in it.

I use this product to clean wheels as the name suggests. It would be great if I could spray it on, rinse it off and be done, but no such luck. I use a sponge to wipe the wheels and the grime comes right off then. I feel this works better than some other cleaners because the sponge always rinses out completely. I have used other brands where the sponge was left with some black in it, but with the Griot's product the sponge rinses right out, even when it was previously dirty from another brand.

I bought this based on Griot's "rep" but was disappointed. It works, dont get me wrong, but its not as effective as Adams Wheel Cleaner (Not Adams Wheel AND Tire cleaner). It cleans, but the power of the cleaner is just mediocre. Back in the day i used a german brand... Sonax, thats it, which was top notch. Adams is also tops. But you get a lot of volume for the money, and it does work... eventually, with lots of brushing with a nice boars hair brush.

I've tried a few different wheel cleaners, but this is bomb! Works great - spray on, wait 30-60 seconds, have at the wheel with my soft brush on my cordless drill and done! Rinse and repeat.

Works as advertised.

ブレーキダストがひどいマットカラーホイールでしたが軽ーくスプレーして擦り水で流すととても綺麗になりました。これまでの水洗いのみとは大違い。水分をふき取った後は納得のマットカラーでした。 マットカラー対応品が少ないのでリピートしたいと思います。

Not sure if this is better than regular car wash soap. Thought I would try it, but it's not as good as competing products. Very expensive for what it is.

Best there is, smells decent doesn’t burn your skin, works fantastic, I use to use a mild acid wheel cleaner but I haven’t gone back since purchasing this product I even went as far as getting a big jug to refill this bottle

I expected a little more cleaning power, but a little elbow grease works.
