Review: Giving it another go! - After reading all the reviews on how brilliant this product is, I decided to treat myself and pay out (for what I feel is a lot of money for a mascara.) The first time I used this product I was WOW this is fabulous, second day of use exactly the same, my lashes looked amazing, length was lovely, individual lashes were coated smoothly with no clumping, and I was very impressed. (I will just add that it is very messy to take off. It removes easily enough, I use Miscellar eye makeup remover with cotton pads but it takes a lot of soaked pads) HOWEVER, (I don’t wear makeup everyday) so 2 weeks later when I went to use it again it was a completely different experience. Even though the top was screwed on tight, the product had become clumpy, thick and I couldn’t get it to smoothly cover my lashes, however customer service were amazing, and after a few emails expressing my disappointment they offered me a full refund or replacement to try again so I’m giving it another go.
