I kept mine out on my deck and they handled rain, wind, and even hail without any issues. During the winter I bring them inside to help extend their lifespan, and they still look great! I also really like the different colors. The 5 gallon size holds a surprising amount of soil. When they first arrived, they were folded up neatly and packed compactly, so at first I thought, “There’s no way these are actually that big.” But once you unfold them and fill them with soil, you realize they hold plenty of space for healthy plant growth. So far I’ve successfully grown Thai basil and Italian basil in them, and this year I’m planning to use some for flowers as well. Overall, these have been durable, practical, and a great option for container gardening! Review: Excellent product for container gardening! - Love the colors! Overall, these have been durable, practical, and a great option for container gardening! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product for container gardening! *by D***N on July 21, 2026* Love the colors! I have to use containers to grow all my flowers , fruits and veggies where I live and these work great. The plants roots don't get overheated like in many other types of containers. The drainage is good , retains moisture without drowning roots. These hold up very well . I have reused them for several years and they are as sturdy as the first time I used them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice Set of Colorful Grow Bags *by B***K on March 20, 2024* I have an area of my backyard next to a rock wall that doesn't lend itself well to 'normal' gardening beds but grow bags are the perfect solution that allows for adding some color as well as flexibility from one growing season to the next in terms of what I want to put there. This set of 7 bags has the full "rainbow" spectrum of colors and they are bright without being overpowering. The thickness of the fabric is consistent with what I've used in other traditional black grow bags and the stitching is nice and even throughout with most of it being single stitch except where the edges of the bag meet which is double-stitched. The handles are large and comfortable with enough room to maneuver the bags even when full of dirt and they have reinforced "X" stitching on the inside so you don't have to worry about them giving way under strain. The volume of the bags checks out as advertised as "5-gallon" with an internal height of 10 inches and a bottom diameter of 12 inches. If you do the math on the volume of a cylinder (or use an online volume calculator/converter), that produces 4.9 gallons as the "to the rim" volume they can contain. This bears out when filling with soil as a 1.5 cu. ft. bag of dirt filled 2 plus about 1/3 on a 3rd bag, so no complaints from me as that's plenty of room for what I have planned for them. They hold water well while still allowing for drainage and air exchange with the roots. I can't comment on their overall durability until a full season has gone by, but my first impression and comparison with other bags I've used is that they should be just fine for a full season if not longer. ## Frequently Bought Together - Sinimaka 10 Gallon Grow Bags, 7 Pack Colorful Fabric Plant Pots with Handles for Garden and Outdoor Planting - JJGoo 4 Pack 10 Gallon Garden Potato Grow Bags with Flap and Handles Aeration Fabric Planter Pots, Heavy Duty Potato Planters Garden Planting Bags for Onion, Fruits, Tomato, Carrot (Green) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/600242993-sinimaka-10-gallon-grow-bags-7-pack-colorful-fabric-plant](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/600242993-sinimaka-10-gallon-grow-bags-7-pack-colorful-fabric-plant) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
