The harddisk is not even close to 4TB. The actual size is 3.62TB.

Very bad non functional device received not to use for it , no physical damaged items device not detecting and getting noice too .. tried to return there is no refund option available only return and replacement I don’t want the same product but they are not refunding completely frod don’t buy from this seller , 13 500 I paid not return the money

Very poor, not working

Not working. I purchased this 4TB Toshiba S300 model HDD on July, 2025 and Build a system on 22-Oct-2025 with the HDD but HDD not recognized in BIOS So i changed SATA cables, changed port, changed system but HDD is not recognized in BIOS. I am very disappointed. Mailed Toshiba customer care, No response yet.

Ürün kamera gözetim sistemleri için özelleştirilmiş olmasına rağmen ben yedeklemede kullanmak için aldım. SMR tip bir HDD, yedekleme işleri için yazım hızı fazla değil ama yeterli. Gönderim konusuna gelirsek: Gönderici Amazon olduğu ve ilave Amazon paketinde gelsin seçeneğini seçtiğim halde Garaj Online' dan direkt olarak geldi. Firma ismini özellikle veriyorum çünkü ürün çok iyi bir şekilde paketlenmişti. İlk defa okuduğum yorumlardan sonra bir ürünün Amazon yerine ürün satıcısından gelmesinden memnun oldum umarım bu şekilde devam ederler zaten etmezlerse gelecek yorumlara bu durum yansır. Amazon'un bazen en ufak şeyleri bile abartılı paketlerken, ben bu ürünleri test ettim bir şey olmuyor deyip diğer yorumlarda belirtilen şekilde HDD lerin düzgün paketleme yapılmadan bir zarf içine koyup göndermesi kabul edilebilir bir durum değildir bu yaklaşımını değiştirmelidir.
