If the pressure is too low, please use finer coffee grounds, add more coffee grounds in the filter or increase the tamping pressure to try. If the pressure is too high, please reduce the amount of coffee grounds or reduce the tamping pressure to try.

How often should I run a descaling cycle to clean the machine?

It's acceptable to deep-clean the machine by running a descaling cycle once a month. Please follow the maintenance instructions, proper and regular maintenance will help you use the machine for a longer longevity.

Why does the machine vibrate strongly and sound noisy?
