I typically do not write reviews, however, I was recently so very impressed with their customer service, I was compelled to share. Unfortunately, my Yoobao (which my family calls "yooboo") quit working a couple weeks ago. I purchased this model in December of 2016, so it wasn't quite a year old. I tried to charge it multiple times, did everything I could think of, but it would no longer work. I loved the size and the power of the charge, it was perfect! I was sad.I started cyber-shopping since its that time of year. Since I hadn't had it a year yet, I thought I would contact the seller just to let them know what happened, in hopes there was some magical reset button or if I had any other recourse. The company not only answered my request the same day, they have a new one being shipped THE SAME DAY! Mind blown. Any company that stands by their products with such action gets my respect and my business. Thank you Yoobao, job well done!

We just went through a hurricane here. Facing loss of power for charging my cell phone, I realized that wasting gas by plugging the phone into the USB port in my car wasn't the best idea. I mean, the roads were flooded so there really weren't that many places I needed or even could drive to, anyway. It turned out that we had only short, sporadic losses of electricity but I feel more prepared now for any storms to come. This could also be useful for longer car and plane trips. There's a small flashlight built in, which was a nice addition, and the gold case is attractive. I took one star off because I needed a magnifying glass to read the instructions and once I had read them, they didn't make much sense. Obviously written by someone who was a poor English speaker or translator.

Compact, good build quality, I've been using it for about 3-4 months now and it reliably charges both of my cellphones (iphone 5 and samsung s6), usually one right after the other. Also charged the pocket wifi when I went to Europe for a week. Easy to stow away in pocket or camera bag.Disclaimer: Unlike most other reviews, I DID NOT get any discount to have my "unbiased" review and bought this with my own hard-earned money.

Like it so much I bought another one for my mom. So far it works perfectly. If I know I'm going to be out all day with no access so a wall charger this goes with me. It fits in the palm of your hand, adds no bulk to a small purse and can charge my iPhone 6S plus to full. It does come from with a micro use cable so I did have to purchase a separate lightening cable to charge my iPhone with. This would be almost perfect if it came with a lightning and a micro use cable. Otherwise I love it and it does the job I bought it for.

that I wasted time with this product because the description said it would fit into the iPhone and iPad and it certainly doesn't. not on this planet. why would a company sell a product and outright lie about its compatibility? this is unacceptable on many levels. take this off amazon, it will only cause problems for everyone concerned.

Compact, attractive. Received charger with 3 lights. Took 3 hours to charge battery to capacity. I charged my Samsung J3 and it took 4 hours to charge from 8% to 88%, then nothing. The charger was dead. I had expected to get at least one full charge. Reviews led me to believe I would get more. Would not purchase again.

This is what I have been waiting for, I am a very heavy user of my cell phone, so I tell you folks, this came handy, can't run out of power anymore. It's great invention, whoever came up with this idea, thanks to you. I carry it everywhere I go, it fits in my jeans pocket, purse, just name it. One more thing it has flashlight too in case of emergency, it's genius!

Had mine for a few months without any issues. Works as expected. Not quite 2 full charges on iPhone 7 like some people said but 1.5 or so. Only portable charger I’ve had so don’t know any different but why can’t they just use a lightning cable to charge both battery and the phone?? Have to keep up with the USB-C cord. No biggie. It does what I need and didn’t pay a ton.
