these supplements are pretty good. They are pretty tasty. They smell good they don't have an ugly smell or anything like that. They are easy to chew. They have great health benefits for women.

I’ve noticed subtle improvements in my focus and feeling less mental fog nothing dramatic but definitely more consistency in how I feel day to day. I also like that they’re vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free. For me, knowing that I’m putting in a cleaner supplement makes a difference.

My only complaint is that it tastes too good so I was planning to only take one a day because I’m young and didn’t really need to be taking 2 like it says but unfortunately they are so good tasting that I take 2 a day and on occasion have taken 3 and they aren’t the cheapest so I’m trying to look for something a little less tasty. Lol. Other than that, I love this brand and it’s a great product.

These are helping my 6 year old with his headaches. Will continue to use. He does not complain about the taste and he is very picky.

This is an awesome tasting gummy CoQ10. Gluten free, wheat, potasium sorbate and sodium benzonate free. No animal source gelatin. No colorants or preservatives. CoQ-10 is a supplement I take for energy, heart health and as a cell antioxidant. I also take it to prevent migraines with my homeopathic migraine product. Since I have issue swallowing pills, my supplements must be chew-able, sublingual or liquid. With the CoQ10 supplement I had, I opened the capsules and dissolved it in water or in my morning shake. However, I no longer have to do that since I have switched to MaryRuth CoQ10 which I can just take out of the bottle and put directly in my mouth without having to dissolve it first in anything at all. I also take the liquid multi-vitamin, liquid multi-mineral, the liquid probiotics, D3 gummies, and the chocolate protein. I love the company's concept, small batches, organic plant-based. Would love to try out the skill care products. The customer service is superb! I once got charged for a recurring order I had on the liquid multi mineral but I meant to have the multi vitamin as it was the one finished. I wrote Mary Ruth, they cancelled the multi mineral, refunded my credit card, and placed the order for the multi-vitamin. It was awesome they were able to accommodate my request. I have a background in organic health food products and organic agriculture, so I consider myself knowledgeable on the topic, meaning that I am not only giving my personal opinion as a consumer but also as a professional in this field. I owned a health food, organic store in The Netherlands a while ago and I only carried the best quality products I could find. If I had a store right now, I would certainly would like to have this product on my store shelves and would advocate for them.

I’m not sure if these worked. I did not notice any benefit or chance while taking these but it gets a 4start for good taste and easy to take.

It has a nice taste and does the things it says it does but the best quality is the taste it's not bad
