Luvion Supreme Connect Smart Baby Monitor & Wifi Bridge

This is a great product, clearly well made and the image quality is fantastic both in day and night mode.The quad view, enabling you to see all your connected cameras at once, is a neat feature - it's only let down by the fact that the sound doesn't work when in this mode (it will flash the camera number on the one that is picking up sound at any point, just won't play the sound through the parent monitor). If you are using multiple cameras and enable VOX sensitivity on all of them then the parent unit will show the feed from a camera as it picks up the sound, alternatively it will cycle between each camera automatically every few minutes.The sound quality is good with a good gradient as you turn the sound up and down (I've found some other video monitors to go from loud to inaudible without anything inbetween). The option to connect to wifi and then be able to view the cameras through an app on your iphone or android phone is really useful and works very well (just remember to set a new password when you set it up to ensure others can't gain access!) it's just a pity they don't do an app for windows phone as well - I've contacted them to ask if this is in the pipeline but had no response.My only complaint about this device is the length of the power cable to the camera (others have mentioned this). It is ridiculously short and means that you can't mount this anywhere near the top of a wall, or on a ceiling, unless you want to run an extension cable up the wall and have the plug and socket attached to your wall somewhere - very poor design given our previous motorola camera had a long power cable to ensure this wasn't an issue and it wouldn't take much for them to resolve this! Luckilly I've found a solution, the extension cable below works perfectly with these units so I have one for each of our two cameras and they're now installed at the top of the wall with no unsightly extension cables / plugs.Foscam 10 Foot White Power Extension Cable (Indoor cameras only and FI8904W, FI8905W, FI8905E, FI8906W)

It looks good on paper, but unfortunately the reception between the display and the camera is absolutely awful. I live in a 19th century cottage with thin walls, but the signal barely makes it into the room next door. This is the third baby monitor I have had after a Samsung and a Motorola product. Only the Samsung device has been good, although it had no wifi connectivity. I had to replace the Samsung because it had broken due to toddler intervention. Just like the Motorola monitor, I have sent this Luvion device back for a refund.

Nice product but doesn't work with iPhone running OS 8 and above. Put that aside, it does what it is supposed to do and well.Picture is clear, even in dark room.We don't use the music function so I can't comment on that.For just video monitoring I believe there are cheaper products out there.

We bought this monitor a few months ago with a view to enabling us to monitor two young children in two separate bedrooms, with the aid of an additional camera. So far we haven't used it in this dual capacity as the baby isn't due for another few weeks. Overall the monitor is alright, although the picture quality isn't as sharp as I've seen on other mummies baby monitors. The wifi capacity is useful and over half enjoys checking on our toddler from the office. One of the drawbacks for us is that there is a few seconds delay between the monitor and real time, which is not the end of a world but can be slightly annoying. However the major problem is that for whatever reason our monitor has a habit of turning itself off during the night, with the result that by the time we hear our son through the walls he has usually gone into full-on crying mode. This is going to prove less than ideal once the newborn arrives. A quick reset resolves the problem although by this point it's a little too late. In conclusion, we feel that the monitor is not worth the premium price it commands and you may be better off looking at other, more reliable models.

Worst monitor ever! Started with the battery failing, changed it for a new one, still no good, static noise started, new battery lasted a week, monitor failed, sent it back, battery failed, bought a new one, lasted 3 weeks this time (monitor always fully charged and fully discharged as we were questioned about this when sending it back, battery is NiCad not lithium ion). Camera then failed, by this point around £300 spent on trying to get this damn monitor working, camera sent back (minimum 2 weeks before getting any kind of feedback). Nothing but problems and unreliability. Would never buy from Luvion ever again!

We have two kids over 3 floors of a house.Problems1) Range is not enough to cover all three floors2) No split screen functionality so you have to constantly toggle between cameras, which is stressful in itself. For a premium product, this is very poor.

Alle Geräte des Set sind mit UK Steckern versehen und damit nicht in Deutschland bzw. In Schukosteckdosen verwendbar. Der Verkäufer Antwortet nicht auf Reklamation und Amazon ist scheinbar machtlos. Rücksendung aus Zeitgründen und fehlender Alternative keine Option. Daher musste ich nun auf die Schnelle die Stecker umbauen. Habe nun also eine äußerst teure Bastelei. Selten so auf die Nase gefallen.
