[H1 HH:MM] means your time is running in 24 hour and [H2 HH:MM] means 12 hour. Countdown Timer Function Runs in Minutes Seconds. Max count up to 99 minutes 59 seconds(100 minutes). Display as [dn MM:SS]. Count from [dn 99:59] or the time you program all the way to [dn 00:00]. You can stop/start it with remote control. The buzzer beeps once when hits zero. Make sure you read through the directions FIRST, so you don't get frustrated when trying to set everthing up. Also, if you have staff/number of people trying to use it as well, they will definitely need to read the instructions as well, especially if you don't want to to overwright any programs you worked long and hard to set up.

**Q: Does this timer have the setting emom?**
A: Yes Sir. When you set rest time zero, it will be emom. Take 1 minute emom with 10 rounds as sample, you can program by remote as follows:
Press any digit number 0-9(P0-P9) to save as a short cut key, like 1. Now the screen displays [P1 ]...,then press Edit button (screen shows [F1 MM:SS]) and input 01 00. Press Edit again(screen shows [C1 MM:SS]) and input 00 00. Then press OK(screen shows [C C - RR]) and input 10. Press OK to save the program and press start to run EMOM.

**Q: If unplugged does it keep its programming?**
A: no sir, it doesn't work without plug in.  If you want to use it without plugging in your power, I will suggest you to purchase a portable power source, which should be 5 or 6VAC output and with around 8000mah. That could support the clock work for a few hours.

**Q: I need something that easily counts down 10 secs at a time for fantasy football auction.  Is that easy to do with buzzer after 10 secs?**
A: Yes

Really great and functional clock with lots of features and settings. The buzzer is pretty loud as well. Make sure you read through the directions FIRST, so you don't get frustrated when trying to set everthing up. Also, if you have staff/number of people trying to use it as well, they will definitely need to read the instructions as well, especially if you don't want to to overwright any programs you worked long and hard to set up.

Beautiful display, easy to program "with exceptions" I am still trying to figure out how to reset workouts to defaults. It would seem once you set a workout, it is there forever. Edit does not seem to work. Am I overlooking something?
