As long as you're ok with a shot of booze with the supplement, I found it to provide typical lions mane effects of better sleep using two droppers at bedtime, plus some nerve repair effects with a dropper In the morning. Decently priced.

Lions Mane mushroom is gaining in popularity as it may show to have many benefits for your mind and body. This Lions Mane tincture arrived in a nice package and was labeled with a quality number so they company can track any issue with the product. The bottle states that this is an extraction of the fruiting body of the lions mane mushroom but the liquid is super clear so I cannot verify this. The other brand of Lions Mane tincture as well as our homemade version all have a milky white color to them and this is super clear so I am not sure what is going on with that. I have been taking for about two weeks and the effects seem similar to our homemade version. I like to take this in the morning with my caffeine for an extra boost. The tincture does have a strong alcohol taste to it so if you are adverse to this you might want to try another product, other than that this seems to be a decent Lions Mane tincture.

I've been taking medicinal mushrooms for 6+ years, and Lion's mane mushroom is one of my favorites! There's a ton of research backing up its benefits for the brain - it's able to improve focus, attention, memory and mood, along with neuroplasticity (the ability to forge new neural connections to learn new things). It's a very unique and interesting mushroom, and one of the few natural nootropics that's proven to work and without negative health effects. Shroomwell produces an alcohol-based tincture of Lion's mane that makes it very easy to dose and delivers its beneficial compounds directly to your bloodstream! I use it by dropping the tincture directly under my tongue and I don't find it to have a strong taste of either alcohol or mushrooms, but if you're not a fan of the taste then it also works well if added to a liquid like tea, then left for the alcohol to evaporate off (leaving the good stuff behind). This tincture is made with 100% fruiting bodies (the visible part of the mushroom) which is the preferred method - many mushroom supplements on the market are made with the mycelium, which grows on grain, meaning the product is "watered down" with grain ground into it. While Shroomwell's tincture isn't the cheapest one out there at approximately $1/ day, it seems to be genuinely effective and produced safely and carefully. It's a good way to test out the benefits of Lion's mane and see if it's for you.

I have a half of a bottle because it was leaking all the way to my front door, wish I could tell you what it would be like after 15-30 days using this product but I only have 10 days probably less than that in the bottle.
