Review: Very good company. - Water heater was delivered very quickly with no hassle, no instructions in English But No trouble for them to email a very comprehensive set of instructions. also had a problem with a fuse blowing they were very quick returning my emails and trying to get to the root of the problem. All seems to be working fine now. Very pleased thanks. regards Len.
Review: Do not buy tbis product. !!! - ado not buy this product. Cannot be used with a timer.!!! Shockingly unbelievable. I Am currently trying to get compensated by seller as there was no mention that a timer wow not compatible. Having paid an installer I now have to leave the heater on permanently!!! Very very angry.
