The heating pad is very soft itself, Has a very almost nonexistent lavender smell I expected it to be bigger, but it is kind of a small heating pad. It does fit in the microwave perfectly. It’s literally the softest heating pad I’ve ever felt it’s like a soft blanket almost.

I use this at the salon when my clients get cold in my chair and it’s comforting and keeps them warm. Smells like lavender too which is a plus
