Saatva Latex Pillow, Hypoallergenic Pillow with Shredded Latex Core

I am obsessed with pillows and I have to say this has been the best pillow. I’ve purchased all year. FYI, I have bought over 10 different pillows this year and this by far has been the most shockingly and yet satisfying purchase I’ve made on Amazon thus far. I found this by using a ChatGPT AI and I am so thankful. I bought it specifically to help with neck and back pain and I never expected it to be this great now I am somebody that spends thousands of dollars on Amazon per month and I don’t wanna sound like a snob, but I know my pillows. This is an amazing pillow. I am so glad I bought it. I decided to buy one for every member of my family that’s five different people and I think it’s just great as well as the fact that yes initially it has a smell so you need to put it outside to air out for at least two days other than that it’s been Perfect

I went with all the positive reviews. I previously slept on a tempur-pedic pillow that had lost its cooling feature. This pillow is soft and supporting but for me, sleeps hot. I have to bunch it up to get a good feel whereas with my old pillow my head just sank in. Only slept on it twice so i will let you know in a couple of weeks how it is.

I spent time looking up/watching videos on pillows for neck pain and this one comes up a lot. I’m someone that used to wake up every few weeks with a stiff neck so bad it could make me cry at work. I haven’t had that happen once after months of using this pillow. I look forward to laying my head down on it every night. It’s a luxury experience every time. I think what it does so well is maintain its shape. You can really squish it up how you want and it stays there even after hours. Moldable but somehow still firm. It’s expensive but to me the value is there because I no longer get crazy neck pain from sleep. Worth trying it out for sure. Btw I was stuck between this is and Purple brands couple top end options. I never got around to trying them because I tried this one first and was very satisfied! Feb 2026. Still use it every night and it's still protecting me from neck pain I used to get from sleeping. It's held up amazing. Hope to use it for many more years.

I have had neck pain for quite some time and my husband tried to address the problem by researching and splurging on expensive pillows. We got the standard and the high loft pillows for both of us. They came in nice individual boxes and felt very soft, but after a few weeks both our necks started hurting more and there wasn’t much support. I tried stacking, trying them different ways, but started waking up in the middle of the night in pain. I think there isn’t enough support and they’re not great for me. Just disappointed we tried to give them more of a chance for a couple more weeks and fell outside the return window. Pain got worse and now have to look for another option after spending so much on these.

So far this is the best pillow I have had in the last 10 years and I have tried two Purple pillows a couple different memory foam and Gel pillows at least 4 more pillows that I can't even remember the names of. My neck and shoulders are almost pain free. I have also been doing more stretching of my arms which is also helping, but this pillow has really made the most difference in the pain I have had, I felt difference from the first time I put my head on it. It's comfortable, the perfect height I got the 4"-5", I also got the queen size and it's great. It supports my head just right. I also ordered the Saatva Classic 14" mattress from the company and I sure hope it's as good or better would be great because I have back issues for the last 50 years.

Sent me the wrong pillow twice in a row. It said high loft and standard loft on the packing, not sure what the problem is. I ordered standard loft both times, and both times they sent high loft. That name is very deceiving though. If what I have is high loft, the standard loft wouldn’t be much thicker than your standard flat down pillow. If you’d like any sort of neck support I’d suggest starting with the high loft and going down instead of the other way around. I am 5’ 7” 130lbs and this pillow does not lift my neck up further than neutral, which is a good thing. Shredded memory foam pillows are significantly higher or thicker if that helps. Pillow itself grew on me. You can definitely feel that there is a different material in the center of the pillow. I ordered it as a gift and ended up keeping both pillows. The price tag on this item is absolutely outrageous. I would have never ordered it for myself. Saatva products don’t last in my experience, we got their firmest mattress and within 2 years it was sagging horribly. I am interested to see how long this pillow lasts!

I waited a while to write this review as I wanted to make sure the pillow stayed satisfactory... YALL this pillow has saved me. I used to wake up with terrible neck pain that affected me all through the day, every day. Once I started sleeping on this pillow (which is truly as comfortable as a cloud) I knew it was going to be a game changer as I'd tried several other brands that didnt help. There is a week or two adjustment period where I had very little neck pain as my head transitioned to something new, after that I've been sleeping peacefully and am pain free (which I thought would never happen for me). BUY IT!

This pillow is horrible. It has completely lost its shape and is unusable after 4 weeks of use! And it cost $350!! It makes me sick that they can get away with this and won’t refund

I was looking for a well supportes pillow when sleeping on the back. The standard one felt like my head was straight on the mattress. I can see it being a nice pillow for side sleeper or front sleeper. The high loft was better for me.
