Einstein loves it
This toy is super soft and my puppy loves it. He's not very thrilled about the heat beat but still sleeps on the toy for comfort.

Great for puppy-Calm nights now
At the time of purchase our puppy was 6 weeks old and she had an awful time sleeping at all. However, the red heart in the dog helps her sleep completely fine. She loves to sleep on it and I think it really sooths her to sleep. But she for what ever reason doesn't like the stuffed dog. She has a blue kong dog should would rather have. So I usually stick the red heart under her or under her blanket if she is napping with it.

Great toy. No heating stone
Great product my puppy enjoys. However, it does not come with the heating rock. I had a replacement sent and neither had it in the package. Also it’s 2 AAA which was not an issue.

The puppy itself looks great. But there was no heat packet enclosed as advertised. We are returning item.

Comforting and cute
We always use one of these when we get a new puppy. The first few nights away from mom and littermates are hard. The heartbeat and warmer keeps them happy and content as well as letting the new owner get a good night's sleep.

Its a Toy, does not help for anxiety.
My pup enjoyed it as a regular toy, but it didn't help in any way for support, comfort, anxiety or to sleep. Disappointed about that. Heart beat is pretty loud. Its a cute toy, dont expect more from it lol

Pretty Good Despite Missing Heat Pack
As others have mentioned, this didn't come with the reusable warming pack mentioned in the description. However, I decided to keep it anyway because it was decent quality and cheaper than the name brand counterpart (which only comes with 1 disposable single-user heating pack). I bought an inexpensive massage hot stone (3.3x2.7x1 in oval) for warmth and it fits in the pouch with the heartbeat generator and seems to work well. The heartbeat generator has both a gentle noise and vibration. Overall, I'm satisfied.
