I ordered two of these for Black Friday 2024, and am liking what I see so far! These replaced a 23" 1080p monitor that didn't have DisplayPort, and an extremely old 14" secondary monitor. Very bright & colorful picture, little to no input delay that I can detect, and my nVidia graphics card picked up the monitor's G SYNC compatibility right away. They work like a charm! I'll update the review if anything goes wrong with them.

Bought this monitor in April 2024, and it has been a complete disaster. ​-Week 1: The audio jack died completely out of nowhere while running a low-voltage speaker. Pure manufacturing defect. -​Month 3: Black horizontal lines appeared on the screen. Tested on an Xbox One X, Series X, PS5, desktop, and laptop across different refresh rates. Nothing fixed it—definitive hardware failure. ​-Month 6: The screen completely filled with black lines, making the monitor 100% unusable. ​Amazon offered zero support and sent me straight to ASUS. Dealing with ASUS was a nightmare loop. Because I needed the monitor daily for work, I explicitly asked for technical guidance to try fixing it myself at my own risk. They refused to offer any troubleshooting help or insight whatsoever. Their only solution was for me to ship the monitor back entirely at my own expense. ​Horrible customer service and even worse hardware reliability. Avoid this monitor.

I read a lot of reviews on this when I was searching for a monitor. I'll be honest, I'm not a monitor doctor or therapist. I got it, it works great, color looks good and it's much bigger than I actually thought it would be. I mean I knew it was going to be pretty big but it was above expectations. I don't know what you're looking for but if you're looking for a gaming monitor (cyberpunk 2077 looks great) then I would guess this is what you need.

All my monitors are by ASUS. I upgraded to the ASUS TUF Gaming 27” 1080P Monitor (VG279QL3A) to help with looking at stock charts and gaming. There is a huge difference next to my ASUS 24" VG248 which runs at 144 Hz. The VG279 27" is currently running at 179 Hz with a 1.2 Display port cable connected to a Nvidia 3060. No dead pixels and setup was easy. Made some small adjustments from the factory to satisfy my visual needs and now every game I play looks like I made a PC hardware upgrade. Very satisfied and will continue to buy ASUS monitors for life. Can you guess what one is the 27" in the pic?

The monitor is great, has very good response time, Good 180hz and the color is very customizable to your liking, The only things i don't like about the monitor would be that there are very small black borders around the screen as if it is a digital bezel on the monitor, Also it did not come with a DVI cord and only an HDMI cord. Other than that the monitor is great!

Menú intuitivo y organizado: Puedes crear múltiples atajos personalizados. A mejorar (Contras): Altavoces integrados: Son funcionales, pero con volumen moderado. Cumplen si no tienes parlantes dedicados, pero no esperes gran potencia. En resumen, es un monitor completo, ideal para quienes buscan calidad sin comprometer estabilidad o experiencia de uso. Iré actualizando mi opinión a medida que siga explorando sus funciones.

All of the sudden, it died on me after two years of use. So sad that it happened. I loved it. No punches, no scratches, and no cracks... It just died on me while it was giving me good image. And the worst part is that I can't contact Asus as I'm not in the US. Edit: I found that i was not even able to get warranty from the US as the product originates from Best Buy. Not from Amazon... How on earth am I going to find that original invoice, if Amazon doesn't have it... Who has it?

Muy buenas pantalla cumplen con todo lo necesario para jugar y trabajar en pc, excelente calidad; solo que las bocinas son muy suaves, pero mejora mucho con un ecualizador de sonido.

I normally don't bother to write a review, but with this one I had to. I decided to get the ASUS TUF Gaming 27” 1080P Monitor (VG279QL3A) because I own an ASUS monitor (the VG278Q), and it has no issues. But this new monitor had problems when I connected it to my PC... The first problem was the brightness. I had it on 100%, and the bottom section of the monitor, where the taskbar is, was way darker, and it wouldn't get brighter. The next problem was false advertisement; it said it was G-SYNC compatible, but it isn't. And the final problem I had with this newer monitor was that on the third day of usage, it started having dead pixels on the screen.

Good monitor, but the older models had better display quality. This one being more expensive but has the same specs as my old, main monitor has more light bleed and a strange magenta reddish hue you just can't get rid of when I was adjusting this one to match my other. I really feel like asus has been cheating out on their monitor's quality recently.

Upgraded my retro gaming/ music XP pc. I am now is better than playing with my Ken and Barbie collection
