Fitness Mad Unisex's 500Kg only-55cm Swiss Ball, Graphite, 55 cm

I bought this after using one identical to it in the gym at my university. Its a good sturdy exercise ball, but doesn't come with a pump but you can buy one for about £4 off amazon. I believe it's worth paying slightly more for a good exercise ball that will last and is good quality.

This isn’t like the relatively hard plastic Swiss balls you usually get with the horizontal ridges around it. It’s basically like a Pilates ball but a bit thicker. It’s made of a sticky very pliable material. Like a Pilates ball it’s just covered in creases from where is arrived folded. So it just looks a mess. It’s doesn’t feel strong or stable at all. I certainly can’t use it for the exercises I planned too. It’s too squishy to sit on also I feel. Also it doesn’t come with a pump. It’s taken me two weeks to pump it up with a bicycle pump. I wrongly though I was buying a great quality ball but it’s not solid or stable like the normal Swiss balls. I actually think a cheap Swiss ball would have been better.

Used as a chair in the office at my desk. Hardly deflate, these ones are quite something. Almost indestructible (last one went to Swiss-Ball heaven because of a sharp object placed underneath it ... a prank played by the traditional Office-Chair faction? ... Mmmh! ... I shall make y'all caster-less ;)).

Quite disappointed with this purchase. Ball didn't have a high shine like the photo and didn't really like the colour. Also, the rubber smell was very strong. On the positive side, nothing wrong with it from an exercise point of view and seems very robust. However sent back and opted for a different make with a DVD. Conclusion: Appearance: 6/10, Fitness product: 9/10

Split after 18 months light use. Had to throw away...

Excellent ball very good quality and feels very grippy so no sliding off and hurting yourself. Could be greatly improved it if came with a pump and a tape measure so you know how much to inflate it. Looking forward to getting into my new core workouts

Bonjour, Le vendredi 12 août, j'ai eu la grande surprise de voir la ball 55 cm capable de supporter 500 kg exploser en plein sport qui a failli casser mon poignet. Aujourd'hui, c'est celle de 75 cm qui fait de même. Par Amazon, j'ai adressé un courrier à Sweatband, jusqu'ici pas de réponse et je veux savoir ce qu'il faut fait pour comprendre le pourquoi de ses explosions, avec toute la pub qui est faite sur le produit. Et comme il n'y a pas de téléphone pour les joindre, on ne sait pas à qui s'adresser. Auguste

This ball is really nice...I got to use it a total of 3 times, then, bull terrier got it and it is now history...but, he had fun....not a doggy toy anyway!!!! :)

Merece la pena gastar un poco más y tener una bola de yoga profesional. En mi caso la uso como complento a mis entrenamientos para poder trabajar rutinas de abdominales y pubis. Tiene un agarre perfecto, el tacto es gomoso y tienes la sensación de que aguantaría 4 veces tu peso. He te ido otras bolas más baratas, y la sensación de plástico malo me hacía entrenar incómodo.

J'adore ma balle. Je l'utilise pour la gym du dos. Je suis convaincue et c'est pratique et facile à ranger. Pour l'instant mon chien résiste à la tentation d'y mettre les crocs donc tout va bien. J'ai choisi 60cm étant plutôt petite 1.58cm c'est parfait pour les exerçices par contre trop bas pour être une chaise de bureau.
