UPERFECT 14.5" 4K Portable Monitor, 600 Nits for Laptop/PC/Game Console

I’ve just picked up the new touch screen portable monitor from a brand I already own, and honestly, I’m blown away. The picture is super clear, colours are sharp and vibrant, and everything moves so smoothly on screen. The touch screen itself is spot on — really sensitive and super responsive, just like my laptop’s. That’s actually why I grabbed this one. Since my laptop is touch screen, having a monitor that syncs perfectly with it makes the whole setup feel seamless. And the best part? Connecting it is effortless — literally one cable, and it powers straight from my laptop. No messing around. The build quality is also worth mentioning. It feels really well made, with a premium finish that looks and feels high-end. At the same time, it’s robust enough to handle being carried around and used on the go without worry and with the supplied in the box carry case/cover really helps to protect it when dropping it in your bag on the go. They even include all the cables you could possibly need right in the box, which is a nice touch because you don’t have to buy anything extra. I already loved my other monitor from this brand, but this touch screen version takes things up a notch. If you’re looking for a portable monitor that works on the go and gives you an extended display without any hassle, I’d highly recommend it, Absolutely love it!

I used this on its first business trip this week. It performed faultlessly. It comes in Apple quality packaging, feels robust and includes 3 heavy duty connecting cables covering most combinations. I used USB-C to USB-C from my laptop, this powered the screen (a separate power pack is included if required) and delivered a very sharp display which was easily readable even when using low zoom to increase the amount of data visible on the screen without scrolling. The open screen sits securely on its cover, there are 2 grooves in the lid which provide 2 viewing angles, but it will happily sit beside these if neither suit the exact angle required. I am very impressed and, for the cost, wish I had invested on one of these for travel ages ago. As a bonus, I have a laptop which sustained a damaged screen which I had to remove. The best estimate for a replacement panel was 4x the cost of this one so it has brought that back into service as well.

This screen is good enough for what it’s meant for. Don’t expect amazing colours or top-tier visuals, it’s not that kind of display but for working on the go, it does the job perfectly fine. It’s not something I’d use as a permanent setup, but as a travel monitor, it’s very usable. It comes with all cables/charger you need, which is great. I connected this with a type-C cable so no further power is needed and it’s neat & nice. Big plus: it’s lightweight (~758g), which actually opens up some interesting options. It has a magnetic back so I paired it with a magnetic mount + small tripod, and it works surprisingly well.

I bought this as I wanted a touchscreen version of a UPerfect screen I already have and was happy with. The packaging is well designed and appropriate for the product. All necessary cables are included (USB-C to USB-C, HDMI, USB-B power plug and cable). See photos. The stand also functions as the case and is magnetic. It’s a shame that the cover doesn’t fasten closed, but this is a minor issue. Operation: I am both a Mac and Windows user, so I was interested to see how this device would perform. When connected to a Windows PC, this screen is fantastic and very responsive. The behaviour differs significantly between Windows and Apple products—I’ll explain this below. The on-screen menus allow adjustment of the usual settings: brightness, colours, colour temperature, and HDR mode for each input. Screen quality is very good (which I expected, as I already own a UPerfect screen). The protective film is high-gloss, while the screen itself is more satin—not quite matte, but noticeably less shiny and reflective than a typical glossy display. Operation on Apple devices (Note: the product description highlights the limitations with Apple devices.): I want to stress that the issues below are due to Apple, not the screen itself. Apple does not design macOS or iOS for touch input, especially when it comes to third-party touchscreens—that’s Apple’s ecosystem for you. Connecting an iPhone mirrors the screen, but there is no touch support. Connecting an iPad moves the cursor, but I couldn’t click anything. Connecting to macOS works, but the touch experience is functional yet awkward For Apple products, this screen works well as a second “dumb” display, but it isn’t really effective as a touchscreen. Operation on Windows PC: This is where the screen truly shines. It was a joy to use—please see the video attached to this review (apologies for the sped-up sections and cuts; I believe Amazon enforces a one-minute limit). I had zero issues but I must confess this is the 1st time of using a touchscreen with windows so sometimes the video shows my learning process!!! The screen was responsive and accurate, and I couldn’t be more pleased. You can see me selecting small menus, rotating, zooming, and panning 3D models, all flawlessly. Right-clicking is achieved via a long press and release. As you can see when I tap the screen, it remains stable and doesn’t tip over, which is great. I didn’t test the Windows on-screen keyboard, but I suspect it would perform well—although you obviously wouldn’t want to type aggressively on it. That said, I don’t see that as a realistic use case anyway. I already own one of UPerfect’s non-touch screens, which is great for taking into meetings, but this touchscreen upgrade will make my life much easier. Very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended.

What an excellent bit of kit, been struggling with my 15” laptop screen for ages, bought this and wow it’s made work streams so much easier, screen is sharp enough and clear enough for rough photo edits but its main use is work and for that it’s perfect, shame it’s not Bluetooth connection but cables are fine and no issues with flickering, I use a MacBook Air and it’s just brilliant , will be coming on holiday with me as it has its own protective case for light travel protection. It’s not bigger than a 15” MacBook Air either and it’s light, can’t comment on sound as not used the sound on it , customer service is also brilliant, had a small issue after updating computer and they went above And getting to sort, turns out it’s a MacBook / iOS issue and not the screen. Now working perfectly again A++++++

I received this one today, so this is first impressions. These are positive. The packaging was sturdy and high quality. It came with the monitor, a monitor sleeve that doubles as a stand, UK plug-in, two USB-C-USB-C cables and one HDMI-mini-HDMI cable. Also instruction manual. The quality of the cables is good, as is the monitor itself. I plugged it into my Macbook Pro (M4 Max chip, Tahoe 26.2) using the USB-C cable, and it lit up no problems, using only power from my Macbook’s USB-C port. On the side it has buttons for managing multiple functions, including brightness, clarity, contrast, sound, etc. The image quality is very good, brightness very good. On first try, YouTube video rendering was a bit halting (refresh rate 60Hz), but this is not my primary use for the monitor, and it could be fixable. I did not try, e.g., Netflix. The resolution is stunning: the highest 3840*2400 is even too much for me as the MacOS menus on top of the screen became very small to read in a 14.5” monitor. Overall, first impression is that this is great value for money at £148. Note that I cannot comment on durability or video rendering at this stage. This is a non-touch display due to MacOS inability to handle external touch displays.

This is a brilliant screen. Needed a second screen for working at home (and the kids homework) and this was an excellent choice. Plugged in to a laptop using the USBC 3.2 socket and so didn't need a power supply as the power and signal are all delivered via 1 cable. Screen is bright and colourful and also touch screen so makes navigating, drawing etc a breeze. It's very light but mainly because it's mostly plastic, comes with a stand cover which has a few notches to angle the screen. The case stand is magnetic and provides decent protection when not in use. Not really had to travel with it, so can't comment on it's ruggedness, but if in a bag with your laptop, it should be pretty safe as the laptop would prevent any adverse flexing. Really pleased with this and well worth the money spent. Ps it also has a HDMI input and speaker built in so you can plug other devices in to it (I've used it with my Nintendo switch with portable dock and it worked lovely!)

This didn't work out for me. After initial success connecting my phone via usb c using supplied cable the screen lost signal and I couldn't re-establish it using usb c, or HDMI from either my android phone or tablet. For the half an hour that it worked the picture was fine but then it stopped. I've since tested my phone using my TV via HDMI and that works, leaving the Uperfect screen as the common denominator. Return process was straightforward.

It's not bad for the price you pay, but don't expect a very nice picture. The QLED isn't real QLED, it's just a IPS screen with (maybe) some kind of a QLED layer on top of it. It's no HDR screen either, but it's supporting it through software. There is A LOT of backlight bleeding as well. I'm thinking of returning it.

J’utilise cet écran portable avec mon MacBook Pro depuis plus de six mois, principalement lors de mes déplacements, parfois pendant de longues journées de travail. Jusqu’à présent, j’en suis vraiment satisfait. L’écran est suffisamment lumineux, le contraste est bon et la qualité d’image est très agréable pour mon usage, essentiellement de la bureautique et du développement. Il me permet de retrouver le confort d’un second écran sans prendre beaucoup de place dans mon sac. Sa taille est suffisante pour travailler confortablement, y compris pendant plusieurs heures en dehors du bureau. Tous les câbles nécessaires sont fournis, notamment un câble USB-A vers USB-C, un câble USB-C vers USB-C et un câble micro-HDMI vers HDMI. La pochette magnétique protège correctement l’écran et fait également office de support. Elle remplit bien son rôle, même si j’aurais apprécié une protection un peu plus rembourrée pour le transporter plus sereinement dans un sac déjà bien rempli. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un très bon écran portable, pratique, fiable et polyvalent, avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

I received the product in a very solid and nice package. The monitor works well with one of my laptops with one USB-C cable. However, it works with another laptop only with the mini-HDMI port, which means it requires an extra cable for powering purpose. But, it is acceptable as the laptop is a bit dated. In addition, the support from the seller is excellent.

J'ai acheté ce moniteur UPERFECT portable 17" 2K pour mon ordinateur Lenovo. J'utilise la connexion HDMI. J'ai été plus qu'agréablement surpris par la qualité d'image produite par ce moniteur ainsi que par la facilité de mise en service. D'autre part, le moniteur est super plat et offre toutes le facilités de réglages et de connexions que je recherchais. Je remercie d'autre part le service support dont la gentillesse et le professionnalisme sont à souligner.
