Beautiful wood, sturdy design! I love the way it looks on my wall and it is great as a step to a higher placed bed, as well as a nice place to relax on its own. My cats enjoy it! I have 4 cats, 2 of whom prefer high up resting spots. Our heaviest cat is about 13 pounds and he has had no trouble. I have mine in drywall, and I did use my own drywall inserts from the hardware store instead of the ones it came with. Just to be safe—but the ones it came with seemed pretty good honestly. The mats are good, although the sticky part on the bottom isn’t as strong, so I used some command strips Velcro when one kept coming loose. Overall, good value for money, it is the right size for my cats and the space, and functions just how I need it to. Haven’t tried cleaning it yet, but since the mats are removable it should be easy.

Our cats love these shelves. They are sturdy, well built and stable. We attach the center piece to a wall stud for a solid anchor. Just bought our third one!

OK HERE IS A HACK if you want a corner shelf. My wall has a metal post so I couldn’t drill in the studs. Since this Fukumaru one is so strong, I left it hanging on the side as a corner step. It works PERFECTLY! And I fully trust it won’t collapse. We have up to 3 cats at once and it doesn’t budge. I have 35+ cat shelves and this brand is the most sturdy and well made! I was worried about the price but since these go quite high on the wall, I wanted to make sure it was safe. I can really see the difference in quality.

We were nervous that it could not be installed the other direction but saw few photos that did! Happy to say it is possible and easy as well. We have a tripod and most cat trees are too steep. This feels sturdy!

Bigger than I expected but my mistake for not measuring. Kitty loves it! Pretty easy to put together.

quality build--i bought several of them 3 stars though, be warned the adhesive that connects the velcro to mount the anti-slip pads failed after a week from cat-play, and became a slipping hazard in themselves. i replaced the pads with my own adhesive velvet.

Very well built and easy to assemble, cat loves it. Be aware it is nearly 5 kilos so needs to be fixed to a substantial wall. Good value for the money, I would recommend it.

I use this as the “stepping stones” for the cats to get up to the hammocks I’ve installed. They love the hammocks too and will often just hang out on these steps and look out the window. Secure, easy to install!
