I've been taking these vitamins for a few months now, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! I was initially drawn to them because of their reputation for promoting hair growth, and I can confidently say that they have delivered. My hair has grown longer and healthier than ever before, and I've noticed a significant difference in the overall texture and appearance. But the benefits don't stop there! I've also experienced a noticeable improvement in my energy levels. I no longer feel like I'm dragging myself through the day, and I'm able to tackle tasks with renewed enthusiasm and vigor. Additionally, I've noticed that I'm less irritable and cranky - even on stressful days, I'm able to manage my emotions more effectively. Perhaps most surprisingly, I've also seen an improvement in my attention span. The multivitamin I was taking raises their prices and changed their formula. So I researched and stumbled upon a recommendation for Perelel. I've been taking them for a couple of weeks and highly recommend. My energy has improved as well as my skin. I also love the individual packets for travel, so convenient. Compared to what I was buying, or even purchasing all three vitamins separately, this is a great value.

Detailed review incoming: I was on the Conception Support Pack for about 3 months while optimizing for future pregnancy goals, but ultimately had to discontinue it because of the added iron (I personally need to avoid supplemental iron). Thankfully, I was able to switch over to the Women’s Daily Trio in the meantime and simply add CoQ10 separately. Let me say this — I AM OBSESSED. These are pretty much my perfect everyday vitamins. I work in the wellness industry, so naturally I did a TON of research before choosing a daily supplement and talked with several friends in functional medicine. I’m also an extremely supplement-sensitive person, so formulation and dosing matter a lot to me. One of the first things that sold me was the P5P form of vitamin B6 to help avoid B6 toxicity (yes, this is very much a thing). I cannot tell you how often the form of a nutrient gets overlooked when comparing supplements. I blame companies for cutting corners, not the consumers. I also LOVE that the overall formulation uses relatively moderate, thoughtful doses. Thank you!! So many supplement brands seem to throw the entire kitchen sink into a formula with astronomical amounts of everything simply because “more” looks impressive on a label. Personally, my nervous system wants absolutely nothing to do with that. 🤌🏻 (side note: I know the Methylfolate is higher in the conception pack, but that’s meaningful for specific pregnancy prep needs and caused no issues for me.) And most importantly, I can genuinely feel a difference when I take these. Within about 30 minutes of taking them, I notice that I feel clearer, more energized and generally better — but it isn’t a jittery or stimulant-like energy. Over time, I’ve just noticed more sustained energy throughout the day, significant hair growth, hard/long nails, easier periods (I have PCOS), and an overall sense of calm in my body that I really appreciate. I was actually nervous about switching away from the Conception Support Pack because I felt so good taking it, but I haven’t felt like I lost those benefits with the Women’s Daily Trio. Being able to use this as my foundation and add something like CoQ10 separately (from Pure Encapsulations) also gives me more control over exactly what I’m taking without ending up with an unnecessarily huge supplement stack. Friendly advice, try to add more whole foods into your diet than always adding more supplements. You’ll thank me later. I’ve seen a few reviews mention the smell. In my experience, anything containing fish oil is probably going to have at least a faint fish-oil smell occasionally — it is what it is. 😂 Some days I don’t notice it whatsoever, and I have an extremely sensitive sense of smell, so this really hasn’t bothered me. It’s worth it overall knowing almost everyone isn’t hitting their DHA/EPA intake, which is extremely important for brain function. I do wish this was a little higher but again, I appreciate the lower thoughtful doses and letting us add more to where we choose if/when needed. The daily packs are also beautifully packaged and convenient. The capsules themselves are normally sized, easy for me to take, and I don’t notice much of a taste at all. Obviously everyone’s nutritional needs are very different, but if you’re someone who actually reads supplement labels, cares about nutrient forms and doesn’t necessarily want megadoses of everything (just a good foundation), this is such a thoughtfully formulated daily pack. Oh! And PLEASE take these with food and drink water!! I think people really forget this and then wonder why their supplements make them feel “off.” Your gut/body still has to digest, absorb and process all of this. Food + plenty of water makes a HUGE difference, especially if you’re sensitive like me! Please never discontinue these, Perelel 🙏🏻

A good comprehensive vitamin. The only thing missing is a probiotic.

I’ve personally always struggled with vitamins, because adding new things to my daily routine can be complicated, but these make it SO easy!! The individual packs make it so simple to take on the go when traveling, and they are really effective I feel soo good after taking them. I love the benefits of the vitamins, and they are really the best quality. They don’t have any bad taste or smell like other vitamins can have, and I love the size of them (I can take all three at once). I am so thankful these got recommended to me! It’s definitely worth it.

I bought these vitamins due to being in a place without fresh fruit and vegetables for the better part of a year and these were just what I needed. My gum tenderness went away in a couple of weeks (didn’t change toothbrushing/flossing routine) and the hair and nail support gave me peace of mind I didn’t have to take the brittleness on the chin. Amazing vitamins and well worth the cost if you are having difficulty with food availability. I may continue using even though I’m back in the states to make sure I’m not missing anything!

Love the easiness of having my vitamins packaged for me daily. Feel overall better taking them everyday. Pills are easy to digest from a size perspective, even being able to take all three at one time.
