I love Traditional Medicinals teas, and being on my third baby I knew exactly which tea I wanted for the health benefits and consistent, trustworthy origins. I brew with two bags at a time for a deeper flavor, but it tastes great with a single bag if you want to stretch out the box! I love the non-plastic bags that still provide durability in boiling water, and that this is one of my favorite types of tea for pregnancy at a better price point than a lot of other brands. I drink this every few days and can notice myself feeling my worst pregnancy symptoms a lot less after a strong cup. Highly recommend this tea for any mama who wants the health benefits of this tea type without paying an arm and a leg or risking exposure to toxic plastics!

I used this tea for my first pregnancy and had a very smooth labor. I followed the instruction of my midwife for when to start drinking it, and I gradually increased intake as my due date approached. I was induced, which can sometimes make for slow labor, but my labor was less than 12 hours start to finish which is pretty good for a first-timer. Theres no way to tell if that was thanks to the tea, but I will be drinking it again for my current pregnancy when I am far enough along. I was in my third trimester all summer so I would make the tea ahead pretty strong and concentrated and cool it and keep it in the fridge so that I could get a glass easily. I do not like the flavor but it is good mixed with juice or put into a smoothie. This does make you pee a lot so if you're seeing a movie skip it for the day :)

Good for the end of a pregnancy! My daughter laughed when I put this in her self-care kit. She said this is a tea used to "get labor going." Opps.

I drank this tea in combination with using a yoga ball, I started this tea at 33 weeks pregnant with using a ball everyday for 45 minutes. As a first time mom I had anxiety about stitches and long labor I ended up being induced at 39 weeks 6 days so I can't say if it sped up the labor process however after the 12 hour mark of my induction my water broke then I was set to push immediately right after I did not have to push for over an hour I believed the tea contributed to that in addition I did not have to get any stitches.

Drank this through my pregnancy and think it helped relax me

Idk if it actually helped with my labor and delivery but I'm still drinking this postpartum as it still helps the uterus heal and also has things to help with baby's digestion if any makes it into my breastmilk. It tastes really good. I use this plus regular black tea bags and make a big pitcher of it.
